reriting the old story

-- what was it that we thought of then --

-- what was our intention --
-- remembering what it was that allowed and triggered us to create that poem, that movement, that choice of song --

-- where do we begin --

-- we begin now.. with a new intention --

-- the story may stay the same, but the meaning, the perspective has changed,
naturally, as time has passed through us --

-- recreating movements from then, they feel different, and portray a meaning far removed from the original,
and our bodies, they move and speak in a slightly different dialect --

-- what does the story mean to us today, this current day, part of it still remains rooted in our past, our patterning, and our being, yet with new breath we allow a new discovery, with innocence we approach without judgment, or expectation -
discover it again, and again, as we did back then --

-- and then from seeds sewn from time ago, a new growth, a new flower begins to bloom.. this time slightly different in its shade of colour,
its scent is similar, but not the same --

-- discovering what is already there --
